Serieyssol joins the company from Société Générale, where he served as a managing director and head of the pension solutions group. Before that, he was a managing director at the fund of hedge funds firm EIM and global head of MSCI's hedge fund index business.

At Equinox, Serieyssol joins a team of specialists working on marketing, sales and development services for alternative investment managers both in the US and internationally. He will be responsible for a select group of hedge funds, commodity trading advisors, and other asset managers, including Equinox Fund Management. One of his priorities on joining will be the launch of the fund unit's UCITS business.
